Last two verses of Surab Baqarah is the best dua for marriage related problems or you can recite the below given dua as well.
“Allah Humma Inni As Aluka Khairaha Wa Khaira Ma Jabal Taha Alaihi Wa Auzubika Min Sharriha Ma Jabal Taha Alaihi”
You should recite this dua 21 times after every obligatory prayer of the day. So, for the success of this dua, you have to be punctual for all the namaz.

“Barakal Laahu Laka Wa Baraka Alaika Wa Jama’aa Bayna Kum Fee Khairin”
